How we source and what we deliver
Responsible sourcing is fundamental to the way we operate.
Wherever possible, we maintain visibility across the supply chain, from mining and cutting through to the final market. Our relationships with miners and suppliers in producing regions give us direct insight into the origins of the gemstones we source.
We consider responsible sourcing to mean more than simply knowing where a stone comes from. We seek sourcing practices that respect people, local communities and the environment, while recognising that mining conditions, regulations and standards differ across countries.
We do not knowingly source gemstones connected to child labour, exploitation, conflict, terrorism or serious harm to local communities or their essential resources.
